IS THIS CHALLENGE FOR YOU?
The Toned 28 day weight loss challenge is designed for busy women who want to lose weight and feel less overwhelmed.
Are there not enough hours in a day to exercise? Improve your diet! You’ll get better results by eating healthier day-to-day than exercising a few times a week.
I’m all about eating delicious, nutritious food. Food that works for rather than against my body. During this challenge, I’m going to guide you to make better decisions for yourself. It will be fun, I promise!
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Instead of cutting out multiple food groups at once and feeling deprived, we focus on eliminating one food group a week. Your body will be grateful to take a break from sugar, gluten, dairy and meat.
Week 1 Sugar Free
Week 2 Gluten Free
Week 3 Dairy Free
Week 4 Meat Free
*If you are already gluten/dairy free or vegetarian you may want to use that week to eliminate something else that will benefit your body (alcohol, coffee, cigarettes,)
WHEN CAN I START?
You can start whenever you want! You pick the day that you are ready to commit to the 28 day challenge. For accountability, invite a friend or family member to join you.
